Every garage we build is a permanent, permit-ready structure built to last. We handle the entire project from the initial estimate through final completion — no subcontracting the work out to crews we don't know.
How We Build
We build using a panelized wall construction method, which means wall sections are pre-built and then erected on-site. This approach allows us to raise the garage shell quickly and efficiently while maintaining tight tolerances and consistent quality.
Panelized construction reduces the time your project is exposed to weather during the framing phase and results in straighter, more uniform walls than stick-framing on a slab. It's how we've built every garage since day one.
Foundation First
We have our own concrete crews. That means your slab is poured and finished by the same company building your garage — not a subcontractor we called in. We control the schedule, the quality, and the outcome from the ground up.
A properly poured and finished slab is the foundation of a garage that stays level, drains correctly, and holds up for decades. We don't cut corners on concrete because everything built on top of it depends on it.

Choosing the right garage door is an important part of finishing your new garage. We help customers select from a range of residential door styles, colors, and window options to complement their home and meet their budget.
